Here we go!

OK, so here goes.

I think at first, my plan will to just put up daily updates documenting my successes, small or large! My general goals on a daily and weekly basis will be: leaving the house, getting daily exercise, getting out in nature, eating good food and good fats, taking a couple herbal supplements in the form of infusions or tinctures.

The supplements generally aren't hard to do, the part I'm expecting to have difficulty following through on is the getting out of the house with Z, and getting my exercise and nature time.  I look forward to sharing my days with all of you!
